XactInsure is a locally rooted independent insurance agency serving Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties — licensed, accountable, and answerable to our neighbors, not a call-center quota.
Why we're here
Medicare, Marketplace and life insurance are sold aggressively in Southwest Florida — often by call centers that are hard to reach once the policy is signed. We built XactInsure to be the opposite: a small licensed team that lives in the same communities as its clients, compares the plans it represents honestly, and stays reachable all year, not just at enrollment.
What independence means here
We're appointed with multiple carriers, so the recommendation has to survive the comparison. If a plan we don't sell is the better fit, we say so and point you to Medicare.gov. Our compensation is the same regardless of carrier — it never changes the advice.
