The program
When you opt in, we send you text messages about the request you made with us — appointment confirmations and reminders, seminar invitations, and follow-up answers to the plan questions you asked. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
How you opt in
- Website form: you fill in the contact form on xactinsure.net/contact/ (also on the home page and the Medicare page) and check the consent box directly under the phone field. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form — checking it is your choice. Below is a real screenshot of the actual form with the consent checkbox unchecked.
- Text or call our business number: you text or call us at 239-341-9545 and ask us to contact you. We then text you at the number you contacted us from, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
